• Total Costs: UGX 1,800,000/ –

Basic website design range from UGX 800,000/ – to UGX 1,200,000/ – . Anyway, websites have no unique highlights like structures and have a Content Management System [CMS].

Custom websites developed from scratch can cost as high as UGX 30,000,000/- depending on the number and complexity of requirements. Rumors have it that Uganda’s Vision Group hired an Indian Software Company called 4CPlus which developed for them the New Vision and Bukedde at UGX 100M and UGX 70M respectively (source ictguy.com).

Just because you purchase a basic web design package, however, doesn’t mean you’re receiving a lower-performing website. Instead, you’re buying a site that correlates to your size, needs, and goals, versus paying for features that you don’t need.
